Steps:

  1. Locate the four straps on each corner of the cushion.
  2. Untie each of the straps and remove the cushion from the chair.

  4. Turn the chair around and locate the two base plates that hold the axle to the back of the chair.
  5. There are two screws on each of the plates that connect the chair to the axle.
  6. Hold the nut with the pliers. In the other hand, use the 10mm wrench to remove the screw.

  8. Remove both of the screws from each of the axle plates to free the chair from the axle.
  9. Make sure too keep track of which bolts belong to certain parts of the wheelchair. You do not want to loose track of where each bolt belongs.

  11. Locate both of the brakes. They are each located on the front of the chair between the rear tire and the frame.
  12. There are two screws connecting each of the brakes to the frame.
  13. Remove both of the screws from the frame using the 10mm wrench and pair of pliers.

  15. Remove the brakes from the frame.
  16. Repeat with the brake on the other side of the wheelchair.

  18. Locate the screws that hold the back frame, chair, castor wheel, and front frame together.
  19. There is one screw on each side of the chair immediately above where the brakes are located.
  20. Remove both of these screws using the 10mm wrench and a pair of pliers.

  22. Remove the front frame and each of the castor wheels from the wheelchair.

  24. Remove the lawn chair from the back frame by lifting it up.
