Steps:

1. Use the socket head of the 19mm wrench to unscrew the nut that connects the castor wheel’s fork to the steel frame.
2. Remove the wheel from the small steel frame.

3. Hold the bolt that connects the wheel to the fork with pliers.
4. This keeps the bolt through the wheel from rotating.
5. Use the socket head of the 10 mm wrench in your other hand to remove the nut on the other end of the bolt.

6. Flip wheel over and remove the bolt.
7. Remove the castor wheel.

8. Check for and remove any debris from the wheel or wheel axel that may be obstructing motion.
