Steps:

1. Hotend and bed sensor should be reading around room temperature
2. If either sensor shows a "-###c"(negative temperature) double check your your connections. It's common to show this if you don't have a good connection.
3. Vin is your PSU input voltage
4. V12 is the Duets on board 12v regulator
5. MCU temperature is the Duets processor temperature
