Steps:

1. Use a small coin (e.g.: 1 cent) and a pair of pliers.
2. Use the coin to turn the toothbrush body from the bottom about a quarter turn to the right. Turning it further does not work either.
3. Now the lock is unlocked. Now press from above on the brush head holder to be able to remove the inner part downwards.

4. Since we could not identify the faulty connection, we re-soldered all visible solder connections.
5. Afterwards you can try directly on the button if the toothbrush works.
6. Be careful not to cause any short circuits because the battery is still connected.
7. Afterwards, our toothbrush worked again.
