Steps:

1. Power off your ThinkCentre M92p, and unplug the power cable from the electrical outlet.

2. Using a Phillips #1 screwdriver, remove the middle black screw located on the back of the ThinkCentre.

3. Use your thumbs and slide the metal housing towards the front, to remove the cover.

4. Unplug the black connector from the damaged hard drive.

5. Use the Phillips #1 screwdriver to remove the two black screws holding the hard drive to the chassis.

6. Do not try to remove the hard drive right away .There is a red/black cable connected to the motherboard, right below the hard drive. Gently disconnect it from the *green* motherboard***.

7. Flip over the disconnected caddy/tray and use the Phillips #1 screwdriver to remove the four screws from the bottom. Then remove the hard drive.
