Steps:

1. Place the Neato with the bottom side facing up.

2. Remove the four machine screws securing the two battery compartments using a Phillips #0 screwdriver.

3. Remove the battery compartment covers.

4. Lift up the battery pack to access the battery cable connection.

5. Unplug the battery cable by gently pulling on the cable connector.

6. Repeat Steps 4 and 5 for the second battery.
