Steps:

1. Remove back cover by removing the four 6.2 mm Phillips #0 screws with the screwdriver.
2. Be careful not to lose the screws.

3. Use the tweezers to remove the rubber gasket by lifting it.

4. Lift the white plastic covering with a pair of tweezers.
5. Be delicate; if too much force is applied, the watch's interior can pop out.

6. Peel off the protective sticker from the surface of the old battery.

7. Use tweezers to bend the metal guide away from the old battery.

8. Remove the old battery from the guide with tweezers.

9. Slide the new battery into the frame and bend the metal guide onto the battery.

10. Reset the proper time and date using the top-left "adjust" button.
