Steps:

1. Flip the laptop over so that the underside is facing you.

2. Using your hands, push the two tabs inwards to release the battery.
3. Remove the battery from the device.

4. Remove eleven screws from the back panel.
5. Remove the optical drive from the side.
6. Remove the back panel from the device.

7. Push the two metal clips outwards to release the RAM.
8. Remove the RAM stick from the device.
