Steps:

1. Flip the laptop over so that the underside is facing you.

2. Using your hands, push the two tabs inwards to release the battery.
3. Remove the battery from the device.

4. Remove eleven screws from the back panel.
5. Remove the optical drive from the side.
6. Remove the back panel from the device.

7. Carefully detach the connector above the hard drive.
8. Remove the hard drive from the device.
