Steps:

1. Use a Phillips #0 screwdriver to loosen the two 3 mm captive screws holding the tray in place.
2. The screws cannot be fully removed and only need to be loosened. Do not attempt to remove the screws from the tray.
3. Lift the RAM tray up and off.

4. Gently pull the two silver arms away from the RAM until the RAM slightly lifts from the motherboard.

5. Slide the RAM directly out of its slot.

6. Insert your new/replacement RAM stick(s) into the slot(s).
7. Gently push down on the RAM until it clicks into place.

8. Replace the RAM tray.
9. Screw in the two 3 mm screws with a Phillips #0 screwdriver.
