Steps:

1. Push the side button on the key fob to release the real key from the fob.

2. Insert the key into the same shaped slit at the bottom of the key fob.
3. Twist the key to the right.
4. Separate the two halves of the key fob.

5. Remove the circuit board from the inside of the fob.

6. Remove the battery gently with a nylon spudger.
7. Make sure you don't damage any of the three tabs that hold the battery in place.

8. Place a new battery gently back into the circuit board with the positive side of the battery facing up.
9. Make sure the tabs click into place.

10. Align the circuit board with the base of the fob case and gently press it back into place.

11. Align the top and base of the fob and snap it back into place.

12. Insert the key back into the fob.
