Peugeot Boxer Headlamp Bulb Replacement

Steps:

1. Open the passenger side door to find the bonnet release catch.
2. Pull the catch down and towards you to release the bonnet of the van.

3. Once the bonnet is loosened, find the yellow handle of the secondary bonnet catch by feeling underneath
4. Once you locate the catch, push the bonnet catch upwards, this will release the bonnet

5. Use the strut, located to the right of the hood to prop open the bonnet.
6. Make sure the strut is secure to the hood! If the strut comes down, this may damage your car and strut!

7. Remove the two Torx bolts holding the headlamp assembly at each corner.

8. Gently slide headlamp assembly out
9. Make sure to move the headlight diagonally towards you and towards the centre of the vehicle

10. Pull the tab on rubber cap, revealing the back of the headlamp bulb.

11. Remove the electrical connection from the old bulb (it should just pull off).
12. Make a note of which way up the plug was for when you connect everything back up again.

13. With needle-nosed pliers, carefully 'wiggle' the old bulb out from its housing.

14. Locate your new bulb. Taking care to make sure it is the right way up, push it firmly into place until you feel it clip in.
