Steps:

  1. Power off the device and unplug it from the charging cord.

  3. Use a spudger to remove the plastic screw covers in the bottom right and left corner of the screen.
  4. Remove the two Phillips #2 (M2.5 x4)mm flat head screws in the two bottom corners under the screw covers.
  5. Then remove the bezel frame with a spudger.

  7. Once these screws are removed, carefully remove the bezel by the inner edge working your way around the perimeter.
  8. Be careful to undo the clips as you remove the bezel and don't yank it off. The bezel is flexible but can break.

  10. Remove the grounding tape covering the screws in the four corners of the screen.
  11. Use a Phillips #2 screwdriver to remove four (M2 x 4) mm screws from the four corners of the screen that hold the LCD panel in place.

  13. Peel off one side of the tape and remove the two bottom screws.
  14. It is important to remember that the video cable is secured with cleared tape.
  15. Peel off the tape, gently slide the cable out and remove the LCD Panel. Take the new LCD panel and place it on the keyboard.
  16. Gently slide the connector to the jack secured with cleared tape with both hands.
