Steps:

1. Flip the laptop over so the bottom is facing up.

2. Push the sliding lock to release the battery.
3. Remove the battery by lifting it away from the device.

4. Orient the device so that the empty battery port is closest to you.
5. Loosen the two captive screws holding the back panel in place using a Phillips #0 screwdriver.

6. Pull back and lift the back panel to remove it from the device.

7. Push the two clips on either side of the top RAM stick away from each other.

8. Pull the top RAM stick upwards.
9. The RAM stick should be at an angle to the device.
10. Gently pull the RAM stick away from the socket.

11. Push the two clips on either side of the lower RAM stick away from each other.

12. Pull the lower RAM stick upwards.
13. The RAM stick should be at an angle to the device.
14. Gently pull the RAM stick away from the socket.
