Steps:

  1. Locate the high and low-pressure ports.
  2. The high-pressure port is located on the upper right (below the brake liquid).
  3. The low-pressure port is located inside the brake liquid case (remove the case).

  5. Connect the hoses to the gauge and the pressure ports.
  6. Blue stands for low pressure.
  7. Red stands for high pressure.
  8. Yellow is where the new air flows through the two hoses.

  10. Turn on the engine.
  11. Turn the A/C to the maximum capacity.
  12. Make sure the pulley belt is spinning smoothly to proceed.

  14. Turn off the vehicle.
  15. Connect one end of the tee valve connector to your refrigerant and the other end to the yellow hose.
  16. Turn on your vehicle again.

  18. Make sure the high-pressure nob is sealed.
  19. Begin to add refrigerant by opening the nob.
  20. To get the most refrigerant, shake the bottle side-by-side.

  22. Pump the refrigerant until the pressure gauge gets to 25- 45 psi. This process can take 10 minutes.
  23. Do not go past 45 psi as the car can over-charge.
  24. If you are using refrigerant mini cans, use the amount the car recommends. You can find this information inside the hood of the vehicle.

  26. Go inside your vehicle and check the temperature.
  27. The temperature should be from 35-48 degrees Fahrenheit.
  28. If the temperature is over what is recommended, the A/C will just be really cold. This will cause no problems.
  29. Now that the temperature and air pressures are set, it's time to turn off your vehicle.
  30. Proceed to remove all equipment (use safety gear).
