Steps:

1. Turn off the projector and unplug the power cable.
2. Allow the projector to cool down for at least one hour (or until the lamp is cool).

3. Loosen the screw holding the lamp cover on top of the projector.
4. Slide the cover out of the projector.

5. Loosen the two captive screws holding the lamp in place.
6. Use your hands to pull the lamp straight up and out of the projector.
