Steps:

  1. Slide the battery clip and remove the battery.
    2. Step image
  2. Unscrew the single access door screw.
  3. Pop out the access door to reveal the RAM, wifi card, and hard disks.

  4. Push the 2 clips out gently to pop the SODIMM up.
  5. Pull the SODIMM out of the socket.

  6. Insert as shown in the diagram.
  7. Make sure the SODIMM is fully inserted before laying it flat.

  8. Make sure its fully inserted, or try a different SODIMM
  9. Make sure the ram is DDR3L
