Description: Step to follow when technical support is needed.

Steps:

  1. Step 1. Identify make, model, and serial number on the equipment being serviced.
  2. Step 2. Research via IFIXIT>>HDES
  3. Step 3. Contact your Sr. FSP or My Teams in D365 if Sr. FSP is unavailable.
  4. Step 4. If additional support is required, Senior Tech contacts RESM and Divisional Trainer.
  5. Step 5. If OEM support is needed contact RESM and Divisional Leaders *Except when warranty issues
  6. Single Source Support phoneline 470-649-6600.
