Description: Step to follow when technical support is needed.
Steps:
- Step 1. Identify make, model, and serial number on the equipment being serviced.
- Step 2. Research via IFIXIT>>HDES
- Step 3. Contact your Sr. FSP or My Teams in D365 if Sr. FSP is unavailable.
- Step 4. If additional support is required, Senior Tech contacts RESM and Divisional Trainer.
- Step 5. If OEM support is needed contact RESM and Divisional Leaders *Except when warranty issues
