Steps:

1. As you see the sd tray is bent in.
2. And you can’t get it open like usual.

3. Pop up the sd port tray

4. Here is the tool you need or something similar
5. PLEASE BE CAREFUL IT CAN DAMAGE THE EXPOSED MOTHERBOARD INSIDE IF NOT

6. You have to press down on sd like the physical game to get it out
7. And don’t forget to close the tray
