Steps:

1. Remove the 10 mm screws using a Phillips #1 screwdriver.
2. Once open it is recommended to clean the inside.

3. Use your hand to firmly grip the Molex harness and push the clasp open to release the male from the female port.
4. Remove the battery from the vacuum.
