Steps:

  1. Pry the door handle cover upwards using a flathead screwdriver.
  2. Remove the cover to expose the screw.

  4. Pull the door handle towards you.
  5. Insert a small flathead screwdriver between the lock and the plate.
  6. Pry the plate off by applying leverage away from the lock, exposing the second screw.

  8. Remove both screws with a Phillips #1 screwdriver.
  9. The screws are 12mm Phillip's head. Part number (9986-50-516S).

  11. Pry the door cover away from the frame using a heavy-duty spudger.
  12. The door cover will not be removed entirely in this step.
  13. Prying the door off takes substantial force; moving around the door's perimeter will help unhook the clips that line the panel.

  15. Push the switch panel out from the inside of the door cover.
  16. Ensure the car is off before proceeding.
  17. Remove the wires connected to the panel by pressing the clips and pulling them outward.
  18. Remove the door cover.

  20. Use a Phillips #1 screwdriver to remove the four screws that secure the door speaker.
  21. The screws are 10mm Phillip's head. Part number (9984-50-616).

  23. Remove the wires connecting the speaker by pressing the clip and pulling it outward.
