Steps:

1. Flip the laptop over to its backside.
2. Loosen the two Phillips #1 screws to remove the tray.
3. The screws stay in the tray.

4. Lift up the tray from the right side.
5. The RAM is located in the bottom right.

6. Push down the pins on either side of the RAM to unhook them.

7. Carefully lift and pull the Ram out to remove it.
8. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to remove the second RAM.
