Steps:

1. Remove the two Phillips #1 screws from the clips located on the headband.
2. Repeat on the other clip. (If you did the right side first, then do the left and vice-versa.)

3. Remove the black plastic clips, freeing the metal sliding band inside.

4. Remove the worn band.
