Steps:

  1. Flip the laptop over to the back side.

  2. Remove the six 5.6 mm screws from the back cover using a Phillips #00 screwdriver.
  3. Remove the single 4.3 mm screw in the bottom middle section of the back cover using a T5 Torx screwdriver.

  4. Lift the back cover off the laptop.

  5. Remove the metal plate that is covering the RAM.

  6. Press the RAM placement tabs outward so the RAM stick pops upward.

  7. Gently pull the RAM stick out of the RAM slot.
