Steps:

  1. Make sure to unplug the machine before you start.
  2. Set the thickness of the cutting machine to the maximum amount. This way you can easily get a hold of the blade.
  3. Get a coin (two euros) and turn the screw clockwise.
  4. Now you can remove the screw and the blade. Be careful so you don't nick yourself on the sharp teeth.
  5. Add some grease to the gears in case this is needed. Beware only to use food-grade grease.

  6. Keep the blade in the center and ensure that the blade sprocket fits nicely with the drive sprocket.
  7. Now mount the mounting bush and turn it counterclockwise with a 2 Euro coin until you feel resistance. Do not tighten this too hard.
  8. Plug the plug into the socket and press the on/or button to rotate the blade. Check carefully whether the blade shows any axial play.
