Steps:

1. Use a 13 mm socket wrench to unscrew the axel nuts.

2. Remove the axle nut and the washer from the axle.

3. Remove the wheel.

4. Put the new wheel on the axle.

5. Replace washer on top of the axle.

6. Place the axle nut on to the axle.

7. Place the 13 mm socket wrench on top of the axle nut and tighten.
