Steps:

1. Open one side of the pillow using an exacto knife.

2. Remove the cotton inside of the pillow.

3. Wash the pillow cover in the washer or by hand.

4. Let the pillow case totally air dry.

5. Stuff the pillow with the poly-fil or cotton to your liking.

6. Sew the pillow back together with a needle and thread.
7. Puncture one side of the pillow case, towards the edge, then continue the stroke through the other side of the material. Continue this pattern until you reach the end of the open side. Then secure it by tying a knot in the thread.

8. Fluff the pillow to distribute the poly-fil or cotton evenly.
