Steps:

1. Remove the 4 Torx 6 screws located at the back of the device.
2. Since the screws are housed at the bottom of a hole, you will need a particularly long bit or even better, a screwdriver.

3. Separate the two parts of the box, taking care to open the box well from the top, so that you end up with the contents of the box still in place in each of the halves.

4. Remove the battery from its housing.

5. The connector needs to be removed very gently.
6. Depending on the connector, some force may be required.

7. Replace the battery with a new one of the same voltage (Volts). The capacity (mAh) can be the same (ideal), or higher (charging will take longer but last longer) or lower (charging will take faster but last less time).
