Steps:

1. Before you begin your repair, perform the following:
2. Turn off the main water supply
3. Unplug your washer
4. Disconnect all water connections at the rear of your washer

5. Use a Phillips driver to remove the two bottom 16.5 mm-long screws securing the top panel brackets.

6. Slide the top panel 1-2 inches towards the rear of the device to disconnect its clips.

7. Tilt the top panel upward to completely disconnect it from the chassis.
8. Remove the top panel.

9. Pull the detergent drawer away from the chassis as far as it will go.

10. Press down on the "Push" button to disengage the clips securing the detergent drawer.
11. Pull the drawer out of its slot on the chassis and remove it.

12. Disconnect the three harness connectors for the control panel.
13. Always grip cables by their connectors and not the wires themselves.

14. Use a Phillips driver to remove the 16.4 mm-long screw securing the control panel.

15. Use a Phillips driver to remove the two 26.3 mm‑long screws securing the detergent dispenser.

16. Insert a flathead screwdriver between the chassis and the top left corner of the control panel.
17. Twist the screwdriver to release the clips securing the control panel.
18. Repeat this procedure for the remaining clips along the control panel.

19. Lift the control panel upward to completely separate it from the chassis.
20. Pull the control panel away from the chassis, making sure to thread the cables through its slot in the chassis.
21. Remove the control panel.

22. Open the front door completely.

23. Use needle nose pliers to grip the spring end of the metal ring at the bottom of the rubber boot.
24. Pull the ring away from the chassis to separate it from the boot.

25. Use your hand to completely pull the ring off the boot.
26. During reassembly, perform the following:
27. Insert one end of the ring into its groove along the boot's perimeter.
28. Use pliers to slowly stretch the ring around the boot's perimeter until it's completely nested in its groove.
29. This procedure will take significant force.

30. Use your fingers to pull the boot off its lip on the front panel.

31. Work your fingers around the boot until its completely separated from the panel.

32. Open the filter panel at the bottom left of the front panel.
33. Twist the filter panel upward to unclip it from the front panel.

34. Use a Phillips driver to remove the two 12.8 mm‑long screws securing the filter trim.

35. Pull the filter trim straight off the front panel to remove it.

36. Use a Phillips driver to remove the 12.8 mm-long screw securing the lower front panel.

37. Use a Phillips driver to remove the two 16 mm‑long screws securing the door latch.

38. Pull the door latch through its slot in the chassis and let it hang on its wire.

39. Hold the front panel against the chassis while performing this step to prevent it from falling.
40. Use a Phillips driver, or a 7 mm nut driver, to remove the six 15 mm‑long screws securing the front panel.

41. Lift the front panel upward to separate it from its clips on the bottom of the chassis.
42. Pull the front panel away from the chassis to completely separate the front panel.

43. Remove the front panel.

44. Use slip joint pliers to pinch the tub to pump hose clamp and pull it away from the assembly.
45. Pull the hose straight off the assembly to disconnect it.

46. Use a Phillips driver to remove the four 10.7 mm‑long screws securing the rear panel.

47. Lift the rear panel upward to release its bottom clips.
48. Pull the rear panel away from the chassis to release the remaining clips.

49. Remove the rear panel.

50. Pull the air dome hose straight up to disconnect it.

51. Use a Phillips driver to remove the two 16.5 mm‑long screws securing the air dome.

52. Use slip joint pliers to pinch the air dome hose clamp and pull it over the dome itself.

53. Pull the air dome straight off its hose to remove it.
54. During reassembly, make sure the air dome nub is aligned properly with its slot in the hose.

55. Use a Phillips driver to loosen the pump hose from the drum enough to disconnect it.

56. Pull the pump hose straight off the drum to disconnect it.

57. Remove the pump hose.
58. During reassembly, use liquid laundry detergent to lubricate the hose around its tub connection.
