Steps:

  1. Remove the display
  2. Carefully remove the 2x connector shields with tweezers.
  3. Disconnect the 2x flex cables with a spudger.
  4. Remove the 11 T5 screws from the bezel.
  5. Remove the 2 T5 screws from the rear camera and then remove the rear camera itself. There is one more screw hidden underneath.
  6. Remove the 13 T5 screws from the motherboard.
  7. Remove the 2 T5 screws from the charging port. Remove the plastic cover from the outside and use a pry tool to press the port inward.
  8. Disconnect the cable connectors.
