Steps:

  1. flip your speaker onto its back.
  2. using your scissors, carefully cut through the fabric just enough so you can remove it from the speaker's body.
  3. using your spludger, pry out the 8 plastic plugs that are hiding the screws.
  4. using your screwdriver, remove the 8 screws that are holding the speaker's body together.
  5. using your spludger, carefully pry into the base.
  6. be careful as to not damage the ribbon cable that is still attached to the motherboard.
  7. using your screwdriver, remove the 6 screws that are holding the speaker in place.
  8. using the spludger, carefully pry under the speaker to get it out.
  9. be very careful when prying as there are wires that are connected to the motherboard.
  10. when replacing the new woofer, apply the new seal.
  11. carefully using 2 fingers, remove both of the connectors that connect to the speaker from the motherboard.
