Steps:

1. Locate the clips where the cushion is attached and slowly detach them.
2. Make sure most clips are detached before you start pulling on the cushion. You would risk breaking a clip.

3. After removing the cushion you should be exposing the cloth, carefully remove the glued part with tweezers and place your new one.

4. After removing the cloth you will expose a plastic plate with three 4 mm screws.
5. QC 45's have no plastic tabs holding it, only the 2 screws.
6. Grab your PH00 head and unscrew them.

7. Use a plastic tool to push the plate out, after taking out the screws it should pop right out.
