Steps:

1. Use a floor jack or center stand to lift the scooter, making it easier to remove the tire.
2. Remove the sticker that covers the the Mortorq drive screw under it.

3. Use the pliers to remove the cotter pin and loosen the nut securing the rear wheel to the axle.
4. Use the tire lever to pry the tire off the rim of the wheel.

5. Remove the inner tube from the tire and rim.
6. Detach the connectors so you're able to completely remove the tire.

7. Insert the new inner tube into the tire and align it with the rim. Use the tire lever to carefully fit the tire back onto the rim of the wheel.

8. Reattach the nut and secure it with the cotter pin. Slide the rear wheel back into the scooter frame and reattach the axle bolt.

9. Lower the scooter and inflate the tire.
