Steps:

1. Using your fingers, press down on the rubber circles to unbuckle the strap from itself.
2. Once you have removed two of the rubber circles from from a side you will be able to unbuckle the strap on that side.

3. Hold the side power button to ensure the watch is completely shut down.

4. To access the battery compartment use the Jaxa-style wrench tool. Secure the midframe while you pop up the back.
5. This will require an extremely high amount of force as there is a rubber seal and the fit is tight.

6. Remove the battery cover by carefully using tweezers or the iFixit opening tool.

7. Disconnect the small ribbon cable connector.
8. Remove the battery from the watch.
