Steps:

  1. Use the point of your spudger to pry up and disconnect the front-facing camera press connector.

  3. Use your spudger to pry up and disconnect the fingerprint reader press connector.

  5. Use the point of your spudger to pry up and disconnect the screen press connector from the motherboard.

  7. Use the point of your spudger to pry up and disconnect the screen press connector from the display cutout near the bottom of the phone.

  9. Grab and remove the screen cable from the frame.

  11. Use the point of your spudger to pry up and disconnect the right 5G mmWave antenna press connector.

  13. Use the point of your spudger to pry up and disconnect the stylus press connector.

  15. Use the point of your spudger to pry up and disconnect the left 5G mmWave antenna press connector.

  17. Use your Phillips screwdriver to remove the single 4 mm-long screw securing the motherboard.
  18. Step image
  19. Insert the point of your spudger between the top left of the motherboard and the frame.
  20. Pry the motherboard up until you can grab it with your fingers.
  21. Grab the motherboard and remove it from the frame.
  22. Be careful not to snag any loose cables.
  23. During reassembly, make sure the cables are above the motherboard when reinserting it.
