Steps:

  1. Remove the following screws securing the lower case:
  2. Four 6 mm Phillips #00 screws
  3. Two 3 mm T5 Torx screws

  4. Insert an opening tool in the seam between the lower case and chassis.
  5. Pry around the perimeter until the lower case fully releases.
  6. Remove the lower case.
