Steps:

1. Pull out the hood release latch located towards the lower left of the steering wheel.

2. Hold up the hood safety latch with one hand and lift the hood of the car with the other hand.
3. Pull the hood all the way up to ensure it engages and stays up.

4. Locate the headlight bulb housings on each side if the hood.
5. It's advisable to replace both headlights even if only one is burned out. The other light is likely to go out soon, and replacing both now can help avoid additional repairs.

6. Push the button on the electrical connector until you hear a click.
7. Pull down to remove the electrical connector.

8. Twist the bulb counter clockwise.

9. Pull out the bulb.
10. Insert your new light bulb.
11. If you are not wearing gloves, avoid touching the glass part of the bulb since the oils from your skin will damage the bulb.
