Steps:

1. Detach the paper towel hanger from where it is attached.
2. Place it on a flat surface under sufficient light.

3. Inspect the paper towel hanger for loose components.
4. Identify the screw that is making the paper towel loose.

5. Take a screwdriver with a flat head to remove the loose screw.
6. Insert the screwdriver into the loose screw and rotate anti-clockwise to remove the loose screw.

7. Get a replacement screw of the same size and insert it into the area where the old screw was.
8. Line both parts of the paper towel hanger up and secure the new screw with the 3 mm Flathead screwdriver until it's snug.

9. Check to see if the paper towel hanger is now firm and secure.
10. Reattach the paper towel hanger to the wall.
