ID: 165411
Description: In this guide, you will learn how to...
Steps:
- With the toaster on its side and the bottom facing you, remove all four screws with a #2 Phillips head screwdriver. The plastic sides may start to push away on their own.
- Hold the side without a temperature gauge from the bottom. Then pull down and towards you to remove it.
- The front panel will require you to remove the lever/handle first, then repeat the previous instruction. The handle will come off with some force.
- The two indicated areas will be connected. Push up then out to remove.
- However, this piece may come out on its own once the side pieces are off. At this point, you should be able to see right through the toaster.
- Put the toaster right-side-up with the circuit board facing you.
- Remove the four screws indicated in the image.
- You will see that the circuit board can be moved out of the way for a better view of the inside. You can investigate any issues you may best during this step. There is the lock that holds your bread in place, a wire that connects to the cord you plug into the socket, and more. But, it is generally a pretty simple toaster.
