Steps:

1. With the opening tool, pry the plastic tabs that hold the headband to the headphones outward. Remove the plastic tab on both sides of the headband..

2. The headband itself is held in by four 1.2mm screws where the tabs were. Remove the screws with 00 Phillips screwdriver.

3. Push outward and in your direction with the opening tool to separate the headband from the headphones. Replace by following the directions backwards.
