Steps:

1. Press the blue button on the exterior of the device to open the hatch.
2. If the seal contains debris or trash, be sure to hold it over a garbage can.

3. Remove the microscreen filter by twisting it to the left and pulling it out.
4. Don't be alarmed if both filters come out together; the HEPA filter comes out very easily.
