Steps:

1. Orient the device upside-down.
2. Holding the brush with two fingers firmly, use a Torx TR9 screwdriver to remove the 5 mm screw.

3. Remove the side brush.

4. Look out for a tiny metal bracket/clip stuck inside the old brush which may need to be removed and inserted into the replacement brush. These clips slide into keyed slots on the spinning brush driveshaft; they'd fit on rotated 180 degrees but not 90. Recommend doing one brush at a time and looking for these clips and their orientation.
