How to Fix an Xbox One Controller Stuck Button

Steps:

1. Use an opening tool to remove the back panels of the controller.

2. Remove the five screws from the back of the controller.
3. The 5th screw is behind the sticker in the battery compartment.

4. Remove the front and back covers.
5. Remove the screws on the inside.

6. Remove the screws.
7. Flip the controller over and remove the joysticks.

8. Remove both screws near the trigger.

9. Remove the triggers to create more space.
10. Remove the screws holding the motherboard.

11. Remove the screws underneath the first chip board.

12. Remove all screws holding the motherboard.
13. Pry open the top of the controller to release the motherboard.

14. Remove the motherboard.
15. Remove the buttons.

16. Clean the new buttons with rubbing alcohol for less friction.
17. Clean the controller frame holes.
