Steps:

  1. Start by flipping the device over to the backside.
  2. Using the Phillips #0 screwdriver bit, unscrew all screws on the back panel.

  3. After you remove the back panel, you should now see the RAM
  4. Pull the tabs holding in the RAM outwards. The RAM sticks should pop slightly outward and can now be removed.

  5. Pull out RAM sticks, and set aside.

  6. Repeat the same process for the second RAM stick.
