Steps:

1. Depress the chop saw handle downward.
2. Slide the guard nut to the left.
3. Raise the guard ray.

4. Insert an allen wrench into the central nut and turn it counterclockwise to loosen it.
5. Carefully remove the nut and the two circular covers surrounding it exposing the old blade.
6. Ensure the nut and both circular covers are fully removed from the blade assembly.

7. These are the two circular parts and the removed blade.

8. Install a new blade, ensuring it sits properly.
9. Replace the larger circular cover, ensuring it is positioned straight as shown in the picture.

10. Insert the smaller cover and nut together, tightening them slightly by hand.
11. Use pliers to grip the blade while you fully tighten the bolt with an Allen key.

12. Depress the handle downward and slide the guard nut to the right to securely lock the chop saw in place.
