Steps:

1. Unclip the fan grill from the base.
2. May take some force.

3. Remove the grill.

4. Unscrew the blade cap.
5. Blade cap is the black disk in the center.
6. Turn to the right for loosening.

7. Lift the blade off of the motor shaft.

8. Insert a new blade on the motor shaft.
9. The motor shaft is the long metal screw in the middle.

10. After the blade is back on, reattach the blade cap.

11. Screw the blade cap back on.
12. Turn to the left for tightening.

13. Clip the fan grill back on the base.
