Steps:

1. Flip your watch to the back.
2. Insert the small end with the bar between the fork. Press outwards; when you feel the pressure, pull up slowly.

3. When the bar pops out, pull the strap out.
4. Remove the bar from the strap and place the spring bar in the new strap.

5. Insert one end of the spring bar into one of the holes and hold it in place.

6. With the larger end press the bar in.
7. Guide to the hole.
