Steps:

1. Use the pick to pry along the seam to pop the ear pad off.

2. Fully remove the ear pad.

3. To insert the new headphone pad, apply pressure onto the headphones.
4. There will be some resistance, make sure to apply a lot of pressure while pushing the ear pad into the headphones.
