Steps:

1. Before you begin, make sure your car is off and in park.
2. Pull the hood latch release under the steering wheel.
3. Open the engine hood.

4. Locate the air intake in the lower right-hand side of the engine bay.
5. Use a flathead screwdriver to remove the three 12 mm screws securing the air intake cover.

6. Use the flathead screwdriver to loosen the clamp securing the air intake.
7. Do not remove the clamp, just loosen it.

8. Remove the air intake cover.
9. Place the intake lid above the intake to avoid loosening the hose going to the intake.

10. Remove the engine air filter.
