Steps:

1. Turn your Dot around, so that the Barcode is facing up, and the buttons down.

2. Using a Spudger remove the Lid.
3. There's Adhesive under the lid, so the best way to get it off, is to go all the way around with the Spudger

4. Unscrew the 4 T6 Torx screws using the Right Screwdriver
5. After unscrewing, you can slowly lift the shell, and you'll be greeted by the insides of the Dot!

6. Unscrew the 3 T6 Torx screws,
7. and lift the flex cable connector.
8. After that, very carefully remove the PCB/Power supply (no idea).

9. Remove the 4 T6 Torx screws (2 different lengths!)
10. Slowly Remove the Middle part
11. Be very careful while removing the middle part, so that you don't damage the cable!

12. Remove the 4 T6 Torx screws,
13. and lift the plastic to remove it.

14. Simply flip the device to separate the:
15. Motherboard and
16. Buttons from each other.
